StoreFront Issue with React Views

Hi,

I'm building a Shoppify app with Ruby on Rails + React + Polaris and I'm having a problem in the Storefront side. I'm using proxy for the StoreFront redirection and is working, but I'm not able to display the shop HEADER and Footer in the screen. Is there a way to do this with React or this just works with pure liquid code?
