theme preview no visible Cli

Hello I have an account with 2 themes, dev and production.
When I go to open the dev preview it redirects me to the production site. the changes that I uploaded to the dev branch do not appear to me and the bar that indicates that it is a preview neither.
Working locally, the https address that the shopify theme serve command returns, also directs me to the production site, and I need to perform tests from there.
Does anyone know what could be happening?
