Where do I add the code to show the tracking code on every page.

Welcome to Shopify Community. My name is Olivia and I work here.

I'd love to help you out with your question today. You haven't specified what tracking code you are trying to add to your site. For example, we have built-in integrations for you to insert Facebook Pixels, or even Google Analytics, into your site. 

Depending on your tracking needs, you might even want to insert your tracking code directly into the code of your website's theme with these steps:

Steps

  1. Log into your Admin
  2. Head to Online Store > Themes > Actions 
  3. From there find Edit Code
  4. Mode tracking codes will usually be placed in between header tags found in the theme.liquid
  5. Don't forget to hit Save

I want to add a code to track my viewer's ip address on website. Where should I add the code?

Shopify is unable to support with obtaining and presenting this data and I believe Google Analytics also refrains from sharing this information due to privacy. With that being said, you are welcome to read more about the topic and peruse your options at this Google support link.
