I received the change URL, but I can't change my credit card.
Are there any conditions that cannot be changed?

To answer you better, is this happening in an app you're developing, or are you a merchant asking for help with your store?

It also occurs for card change requests from the app, and also for requests from customer management that do not go through the app. (Both)
Also, I would like to confirm this as well. Is there a deadline for the change link sent in the credit card change request?

Thanks for your patience. The link to update a customer credit card expires after 8 hours.
To investigate the problem further, I would need to know your store URL and the approximate date/time a credit card update attempt failed.
