All subscription contracts have status of canceled, yet still cannot delete customer

I am developing a custom app, and am working with subscription contracts.

I have set the status of all subscription contracts to "CANCELLED", and yet I am prevented from deleting a customer. I get the following message:

This customer can't be deleted because they have:

• Active subscription

Also under the Merge customer section, I see a message saying "...has product subscriptions and can’t be merged."

I have verified with graphQL queries that all subscriptionContracts are CANCELLED.

What am I missing?

Hi! I'm having the same issues. I need to merge a customer and it says the same message "has product subscriptions and can’t be merged." I cancelled her subscription and tried back to merge and it's still not working. Did yu fix it? If so, can you please let me know? Thanks!
