Can't disable CAPTCHA on site

Hi there,

I am unable to disable CAPTCHAs on form submissions on my website - in particular for my Newsletter subscriptions.

I have unchecked 

Enable Google reCAPTCHA on contact and comment forms 

and

Enable Google reCAPTCHA on login, create account and password recovery pages

Yet the CAPTCHAs still appear.

Can someone please provide assistance with this issue?

Thank you for reaching out here.

Shopify has moved this option to the admin so you have to contact support directly to disable the captcha.

You could refer to this link to get in touch with the Support team, log in to your store account then type in a topic in the search bar, for example, "disable CAPTCHA " and select Search. On the following page, scroll down to Get Support and click Continue and you'll be presented with options to contact our Support via chat, email, or schedule a call-back.
