Does Shopify Send Email After Usage charge has been created

Hi, I have a question. 

I am creating free app using recurring charge 0.00 and capped amount 50,000$. i am charging app customers on usage charge basis and i need to know if shopify notify customer every time usage charge has been created ?

Need quick anwer.

Hello  ,

Your question does not relate to the subscriptions API, which is used to build recurring orders for products sold on Shopify.

I asked around for your question though which would belong to the billing API, and the answer is no, Shopify does not notify customers every time a usage charge has been created.

Once a merchant confirms a charge and capped_amount on a usage charge, all posts to that usage charge within the 30-day invoice cycle are just posted to merchant invoice as a line item from the app, with subscription lines on usage charges including description fields.
