For discussing the development and integration of subscription-enabled shops using Shopify's Subscription APIs.
Hello! I'm hoping someone here can help me since it's taking a while to get connected to an app rep. We installed Loop Subscriptions on out Grid theme, and it worked fine. Now we've moved themes to IMPACT and the subscription widget isn't functioning properly. it won't recognize when someone switches the product variant (in this case size) and change the pricing in the subscription widget accordingly. Even if someone does select the subscription at the price for the right product, the subscription price is not reflected in the cart.
Attached is the code on our product-card.liquid file. Loop support docs keep referencing product. or product-form. but we don't have those. Our store is Apex-Alchemy.com if you want to see the error in action.
Here is the Code for our Loop subscriptions liquid:
Not all themes are aware of subscription/purchase options, and therefore won't work or display the purchase options. Often, the developer of a purchase options app will install a theme or themes that works. I suggest you contact Loop and see if they can recommend themes that will work with their product.
FWIW, the documentation for how to develop themes for purchase options starts here.

Fortunately Loop was able to go in and custom code it for the widget to work. It just took a few days.
hello there
Based on the information provided, it sounds like there may be a compatibility issue between the Loop Subscriptions app and the IMPACT theme. Since the subscription widget was working fine on the previous Grid theme, it's possible that the issue is related to how the new theme is structured or how it handles product variants.
Here are a few things you can try to troubleshoot the issue:
Make sure that the Loop Subscriptions app is fully integrated with your new theme. You may need to reinstall the app or contact Loop support for assistance with the integration.
Check the product variant settings in your Shopify admin to make sure that the correct pricing is assigned to each product variant. It's possible that there is an issue with how the product variant pricing is set up, which could be causing the subscription widget to display incorrect pricing.
If the issue persists, you may need to work with a Shopify developer or contact Shopify support for assistance with resolving the compatibility issue between the app and the new theme.
It's also worth noting that some apps may not be fully compatible with all Shopify themes or may require additional customization to work properly
If this fixed your issue, likes and accepting as a solution are highly appreciated.
