Redirect from Shopify admin to application!!

I have completed a subscription-based application but I don't know how to redirect from Shopify admin to application for changing delivery plan and policy and all?

Please somebody tell me how to redirect from Shopify admin to application?

i have created an app. everything is working fine. customer can purchase subscription product but its not creating order at next date automatically

My requirement is a bit different, what I want is I have built an application of product subscription-related application. In that, I want to redirect users from admin to application and at that point, I stuck and don't find a way to do it. 

I have attached a reference photo for you. please provide me some info about the process.

- Please guide me on how to add on click of that all button and customize the view by which user can be redirected to application.

Img2 is from Admin
Img1 is when the user clicks any of those buttons.

Your example is difficult to understand. From what I can understand, your request is unsupported. We only support the customization documented on the page above. This is an opinionated UI with limited options. This so that merchants will not be confused in the Shopify admin.
