REFUND OF 2ND SUBSCRIPTION CHARGE

Good afternoon. We pray all is well on everyone end and your year has been prosperous, productive and purposeful. I'm contacting you all due to the fact we got charged twice in the same day of our account. It's the Shopify monthly subscription fee. We didn't recognize it until today when we begun our taxes. We would like that refunded back to us. We were charged twice November 26th of this year.
