Shopify returns an internal error

Hello,

 

Our subscription app started getting a lot of errors from Shopify API:

 

Internal error. Looks like something went wrong on our end.\nRequest ID: 40911fb9-b108-4655-b5ff-5f10a7e217d3 (include this in support requests).

Could you provide more details? What causes these issues?

The team is aware of this issue, and are looking into providing better error messaging.

In the mean time you will want to verify that the subscription contract that you are calling the mutation on is not cancelled.
