Subscription API App Rejection - Scopes

Hi Shopify Community, 

Our app was rejected for the following reason: "Ensure that your app abides by our selling plan and subscription contract API terms. The application is an unsupported usage of the subscription API as selling plans are not create selling plans/ products. You will be required to create a new API key & listing prior to your next submission without the use of the subscription API"

However, in our scopes we only use the "read_orders,read_all_orders,read_products,read_inventory". Therefore none of our scopes use the Subscription API. On the "App Setup" tab we originally requested access to the subscriptions API, however, never ended up using it in our scopes. Is there something we're missing or is this app rejection caused by another issue? Thanks

I would suggest reaching out to partner support through the partner dash in the support link on the left pane. They might be able to offer some additional clarity around your app approval.
