Subscription order not found in DB but found in shopify side.

Hello there,  I got the error as the order are duplicating on the Shopify side and are available on the admin side but they are not present on the customers my page and also not found on the subscriptions DB.

Hi. To make sure I understand, are you seeing duplicate orders in the Shopify admin page? Also, can you please describe what causes the error, and what the error is?

Hello, the actual cause for the data duplication is unknown as there is nothing suspicious on the log.
