webhook subscription not working

Hi,

I am trying to retrieve and create webhook subscription "topic": "products/create" it is not working through API and PHP Code.

If I tried to create it through admin /admin/settings/notifications it is working.

Subscriptions APIs in this context refers to https://shopify.dev/apps/subscriptions
