For discussing the development and integration of subscription-enabled shops using Shopify's Subscription APIs.
Hi.
I use an app that uses the subscription API.
In the Analytics , there are some orders that are not aggregated.
It seems that the first purchase is not reflected, but the second and subsequent purchases are reflected.
Also, I have been using the subscription application since March of this year, but only orders from September have been reflected.
What kind of orders are reflected in Analytics?
Thanks.
Hello Yuma,
Apologies for the inconvenience and confusion you are facing with order analytics. Here is the help documentation explaining order analytics in-depth.
There is a query param that is usually set to specify restraints on which orders are shown, so I am curious if your query param is not being set correctly and you are only able to see order in September because of that. If you can provide me with the store link you are specifically seeing this issue then I can take a deeper look to see if it's an issue on our end with order analytics being lost too.
Thank you!
Hello Shopifolk,
Thank you for your reply.
Please investigate because I changed the query to pre-August and it did not show up.
My store url is yito-dev.myshopify.com.
Thanks.
Hi Shopifolk.
Do you have any update on this issue?
Thanks.
Hello Yuma,
You should see all your orders in the analytics view.
Can you share the URL you use to see your orders privately, along with an order number you expected to find (privately too).
Using a standard 7 days filter I seem to be able to see the first and recurring orders.
like /admin/orders?inContextTimeframe=last_7_days
Thanks!

hello, Poulping.
I need you to look into "admin/dashboards".
In the example below, it seems that only the September totals are being done, even though they are set up for the period from August to September.
My store url is yito-dev.myshopify.com.
Thanks!
Thank you for sharing more information and bearing with us as we investigate the topic. I noticed on October 11th that one of the orders was not showing up in the sales analytics and found that the order was labeled a "Test Order". I attached a file below. I also noticed that the August orders also are being labeled as "Test Order" and that explains why they are not showing up in your sales analytics while the others are showing up. You can see in an image below one of the October 11th orders that are showing up don't have the "Test Order" label on them.
I hope that answers your original question as to why certain orders are showing up and why others are not!
