Hello,
I have set up my merchant center and added the google sales channel on shopify.
I have all the policies on my store, and no errors on my merchant center. However the google sales channel on Shopify keep telling me that there are 0 products available. (I already made my product available on both online store and google). I think the problem is from the shopify app, not from the merchant center. Does someone know how to fix that ?

This happened once to me when Google Merchant and the Google Shopify app were not talking to each other. I uninstalled the Google App, went to Google Merchant > Settings > Linked Accounts > under Partners and Platform, click on link to Shopify and it will guide you to reinstall the app again.
After reinstalling and setting everything up again, it worked for me.
Shopify is not in the list of the partners and platform. Where did you find it ?
When you go to Google Merchant Center > Products > Diagnostics, do you see any issues?
If you want to use the free app, try to remove it and add it again.
If that fails again, consider contacting Shopify support.
Yes this is a common issue with the free shopping app. If you want this resolved, you need to contact Shopify support. Shopify is having issues for a while.
