Hi
I received a message in my inbox that I have to turn on the 2 step Authentication, to continued receiving my payouts. It seems that you can only use a cell phone to receive a text message with the code. Is there anyway that this can be turned on using a landline telephone to receive the code to log on. There are times that I am not in the office and my assistant has access to the platform and she does not have a cell phone to receive these text codes.

While it's not possible to receive two-step authentication codes through a landline phone, there are alternative ways to receive them. Besides using SMS text messages, the following methods are possible:
Is your assistant logging in through your account? If so, I advise against this setup as it's not ideal for your account security. Instead, I recommend creating a staff member account for them so you can customize their permissions. When they have their own account, they can also set up their preferred two-step authentication method. We have a guide on how to create a staff member account on this page. You may have them enable two-step authentication using the guides I shared above when they're logged in to their account.

At this time, two-step authentication codes can only be sent through the following methods:
They can't be sent via email, however, I'd love to submit this as a feature request to our platform developers on your behalf. If we introduce it in the future, we'll publish it in our Changelog. Thanks for sharing your request!
