301-redirect unwanted filter URLs, variant-URLs, collection URLs to de-index them from Google Index

This has been discussed a few times already... and I guess many people have the same issues, so I want to make sure, I have not missed a recent solution:

several kinds of unwanted URLs have been created in the Shopify Code.
we have deleted all the links to those unwanted URLs from the code, but Google has found and indexed them and there are now about 1000 unwanted URLs in the Google Index.

For example:

Variant URLs (although the products do not have variants)... like https://www.jasswelt.ch/products/patience-einzel-blau?variant=40425507520663
non-canonical product URLs like this: https://www.jasswelt.ch/collections/senioren-sehbehinderte-1/products/opti-jasskarten-edelweiss-mit-...
filter-collection URLs (they carry the words "getaggt / tagged" in the html-title and meta-description) like this: https://www.jasswelt.ch/collections/familienkartenspiele-1/kartenspiele

What is known:

The normal Shopify-Redirection Tool does NOT redirect them (because they are normal, existing, working URLs)
The htaccess or server-config cannot be adjusted to regex-redirect them.
Plugins/Tools like Easy Redirects by ESC also follow the Shopify rules
JS-redirects / meta-refresh are not a good way to go - it is not clear if Google respects them like normal 301-redirects

What I am trying to find out:

Is there ANY other way to 301-redirect or noindex or 404/410 a large number (more than 500) of URLs to make them disappear from the Google Index?
