301 Redirects that Pass Query Parameters to Destination URL

We are migrating from WooCommerce and we have 200+ affiliate links that we need to redirect to our Shopify site.  Given the URL structure differs from Woo to Shopify, what is the best way to redirect these links so the affiliate tracking parameter is automatically passed to the new, destination URL?

For example...

(Existing Woo Store)

mystore.com/widget1?AffiliateID=123

(New Shopify Store)

mystore.com/products/widget1?AffiliateID=123

I am hoping this can be accomplished without installing yet another app, but open to it if it's the only way.
