3rd Party Custom app Insert pricing

Hey all!

I have a product search app we've created which customers can use to find paint. At the moment it sends a string of data to Shopify and we pull pricing from a few variants to display the price. 

I would like to get the pricing all done in my app which is easy to do, but am unsure on if we can pass that dynamic price to the product page in shopify?

Any experts able to assist?
