404 not found complaints keep coming in but i cant find any issues.

Customers keep telling me the site says it's not a private browser of 404 not found how do I troubleshoot the error or fix this thanks! uppfuel.com

Double check all the settings are correct biy following the steps here - https://help.shopify.com/en/manual/domains/managing-domains/edit-dns-settings#add-dns-record

I did some research and it looks like your domain has som DNS connection to squarespace. It could be old caching on your customers machines if you recently moved to shopify. Its a long shot but possible.
