I'm getting a 500 error 'There's a problem loading this page' . ..how can i get this resolved please?

Just to gather some additional context, could you let us know which action is being attempted when you receive this error message? As this information will allow us to assist you better in this situation. 
 
I would suggest attempting to  clear the cache on your browser to see if that does the trick. In some cases, clearing the cache from your browser can fix minor issues that you may experience on the Shopify platform. If the issue persists, you can try to use a separate browser? For example, if you are using Safari - try this action on Google Chrome.
