90% of hotjar recordings show the OLD shopify theme

Is it just a visual glitch that the hotjar recordings are showing an OLD and inactive theme?

The new theme was launched 3 weeks ago, it is indeed the active theme, and when I visit the store I see the new theme, but hotjar recordings show users are seeing the old inactive theme

Does this make sense to anyone?

Is it just a visual bug with hotjar maybe, while they are actually seeing the new active theme?
