Hi,
On my website, a few product images are not shown up when the page has loaded, but are showed up after page refresh. The issue occurs on multiple desktop and mobile devices. I have checked browser developer tools and there are no errors nor other issue seen.
The shop website is https://coco-vin.de/. If you scroll down you will see four white frames w/o image, but I expect images there.
Can you help me troubleshoot this issue, please.
Thank you!
Have you reached out to the theme developers or Shopify support? If your theme is unchanged, they should help. For me what's odd is the page tree layout seems unusual: https://i.vgy.me/AV5PSx.png , it seems the css is still output with a css framework when the page is not cached, thus the browser only understands parts of the css. Might be Shopify trying out things in the background. I also can be off, it's not really my area of expertise, but that's worth digging into this direction.
Thank you, Max. I will do.
