Abandoned checkout no longer capturing data

Has anyone else’s abandoned checkout stoped saving all the customer information over the last few days?

It used to capture the customers name, address, telephone and email. In the last few days however we are only capturing the customers email address regardless of how far through the checkout flow they are.

I’ve tested it extensively and it has definitely not passing through all the information back to the abandoned orders page in the admin section.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
