Access shopify store/partners account using CLI

I just want to access my Shopify store and Partner account using the CLI. I have accessed my store multiple times before using the CLI, but this is the first time I’m encountering this error. Since I’m the store owner, I should have access.

Here are the commands I tried:

• shopify theme dev --store {storename}
• shopify theme pull --store {storename}
• shopify login {storename}

already used the correct account i can see the store that i have created but i cant pull the theme
