Account hacked - Reset 2FA for our Shopify account

Hi there,

Our Shopify got hacked on last saturday evening. We managed to get the password resetted but we still can't login due to our 2FA that has been installed on the hackers device. He also generated new recovery codes so the old recovery codes don't work anymore.

Shopify told us that the security team would reach out with ticket status as "urgent", but until today we still haven't received a single reply from them yet. Can someone help us out? Maybe there's a way to still access without using 2FA or recovery codes? Or someone who can help us reach the security team sooner?
