Account subdomain saying "Setup in Progress" after several days!?!

I recently bought a domain on Shopify and originally connected it as a subdomain, which worked fine. Then I decided to make it my Primary domain and everything seemed to go ok. I verified it through the link they sent me and the website loads fine. The problem is the subdomain for accounts says "Setup in Progress" several days after I did all of this? Now I'm not for sure if I did something to it while setting up Zoho email on it that could have effected it. I added the mx and txt files that Zoho told me to do and at one point I reset the dns settings to start over on that process. So not sure on that part. Anyways, I just want to know how to get that account subdomain fully up and running. Thanks for any help!

And just to clarify. I've tested the subscriber signup on the site and that part works fine. I even tested resetting the password and that works too. I've tried signing up just for the newsletter and it gives me a thank you msg when I do. But in both cases it's not adding the subscriber to my subscriber list. That remains blank? I tried resetting the dns settings today and setting everything backup to the original myshopify store account I had originally started with but still had the same issue smh. So I've switched it back to the domain I had purchased and am just going to have to wait until either someone can give me an answer on here or I find a solution to this on my own smh.

Oh, and I'm using the free Origin theme btw.
