I contacted Customer Support for this but... My website is paid in full, my ID and payment info is up to date, but my website still shows as unavailable. Account support claims they emailed me upon my request but I have NOT received an email. I'm currently paying for a website that isn't working and have been for 4 MONTHS. I lost out on a VERY lucrative NFT mint thanks to this error on YOUR part. Customer support keeps disconnecting on me and running me in circles. I'm ready to cancel service and file a lawsuit for lost wages.
