Active carts and checkouts not showing in analytics

I keep seeing active carts in the live view and they are constantly changing , but nothing shows on Analytics.

Below I have attached the pics of my analytics page which clearly dosent show any adds to cart , and side by side in the live view there is around 10 active carts , which constantly changes so why is that so that dosnet show up in analytics.

No, I am stuck on the same issue, but you can install an app On
Spruce Carts it gives you a free trial as well, and you can cancel it , if
you do not like it, but believe me it really gives you real-time report of
added to carts and checkouts created.It really worked for me. Hope it works
for you too
