Activity Report Needed on My Shopify Store

Hi Can anyone assist as how I can get a report on any store activity for a certain period, as on my store activity report the last date is May 15th, I need from march 2023 to May 2023 . I have been steadily losing Sales and am trying to identify if any changes were made at the time. Regards Caron
