Add a shadow effect or a neon effect to the entire text on the Password page (Brooklyn theme)

Hello, I'd like to add shadow effect to to the entire text on the Password page. I'm using Brooklyn theme. Please share solutions to add a simple shadow effect to improve readability, and a neon effect. My page is: https://berserknewyork.com/password

I modified the code a bit, just for visibility. you can take a look at my pwd page again if you like.
