Add an MP4 to home page of Crave platform

Does the theme not have video section or video blocks. Almost all themes have a video section or a block. In case it does not you will have to create a section with html,css and liquid that lets you add a video block. You can then add that section to your home page.

Hi, it does have media blocks somewhere as we can add videos to the products, but we are unsure on how to find and copy this text then add it to the correct home page?

Didn't get anything you said this time. But the part of adding videos or images to products that is from the product settings where you add title, description, etc. For this you need to add code on your theme code editor. From the customizer try adding a section and search for video.
