Add buy it now or add to cart button to home page

I am trying to get preferably a buy it now button to appear under my featured listings on my home page but will settle for add to cart but I keep running into a wall. Any help provided would be much appreciated. See screenshot below for as far as I have gotten in this endeavor, the theme is minimal.
