Add image (with clickable link) to collection product grid - Dawn 14.0.0

Hey! I'm trying to add an image that you can click which will redirect you to a certain product. I want to add this to the product grid on a collection page in the first product spot, shifting over all products in the grid from the 2nd spot and on. I am in Dawn 14.0.0, thanks!
