add images to products through csv

Hi,
I can't upload the pictures of the products to this new store I am developing.
I tried with google drive but didn't work.
Now I uploaded the pictures in shopify -> files, then I insert the Url of pictures in shopify into the csv,
then imported but no file has been uploaded.
In the email at the end of the import I get this message:
"Riga 2: non può restare vuoto
Riga 3-4: non può restare vuoto
Riga 5: non può restare vuoto
Riga 6-8: Convalida fallita: La variante 38 / TORTORA / DUNA esiste già. Modifica almeno un valore di opzione.
Riga 9: non può restare vuoto
Riga 10: non può restare vuoto
Riga 11-13: non può restare vuoto
etc..."
meaning that rows can't be empty... but they aren't empty
