Add JASON-LD Structured Data for my Product page for Rich Result on Google

This should be something Shopify developer should help us as we are paying for website and hosting, as Shopify takes care of coding we are expecting it to be up to date as per the google. 

I am trying to figure out how can I add JASON-LD Structured data code to my Product template, so that my pages will be eligible for Rich Result on Google.

Any Help would be greatly appreciated.

Hey there,

Themes are supposed to provide the structured data needed but most of them either don't know how it works or don't keep up to date with Google so your data is incomplete. You can use this article to test your product pages to see if you have what's needed.

I completely agree (and it's my app that provides the correct data), Shopify should require this for all themes but Shopify only requires that the product structured data exists, not that it is complete. 

If your theme isn't providing the necessary information, you can

1) reach out to your theme provider to get them to fix it,

2) attempt to fix it yourself,

3) hire a developer, or

4) install an app like JSON-LD for SEO.

Thank you so much for your reply, again I am looking to get help from the shopify developer as we are already paying to them, they should help us with this on how can I add the Jason-ld in my product template if you have any video showing that would be greatly appreciated.
