Add on product is not showing on the packing slip

I have 2 issues that I would to add/correct on my packing slip. 

1. I have an Avis add-on product and that is not showing up on my packing slip when a customer buys it.

2. Because I sell live feeders, I have Avis options that where the customer can select if they want their shipment to be held at the post office for pick up, and if so, they enter their phone number. 

Is there a way to add this to my packing slips so once I print, I can just fulfill orders from the packing slips and not have to keep going back on my phone?

Disclaimer - I do not know coding and it looks like using Liquid is the only way to achive this and I dont know where to begin.

Hi Fisco,

Regarding the issue you want, it will require modifying the theme's code. If errors occur, it could cause the theme to break and affect the store. Therefore, to ensure safety and add the desired features to your store, I recommend hiring a developer who can assist you, as they will have experience with coding.
