Add Pages/Blog option not showing in Starter Plan store

Just setup a starter plan with theme Spotlight 11.0.0. The option to Add Page/Navigation or even a Blog are not showing up. I already have an established Shopify store with the Dawn theme, so I’m familiar with where to look to add pages, blog posts and navigation. These options do not show in a web browser or in the app or even in Incognito mode. 

In the Setup Guide, when I try to Add Pages or Organize Navigation, I get

Check the web address and try again, or try navigating to the Shopify Home.

Thanks for reaching out here and these are some great questions!

To make things clearer for you, Merchants on the Starter Plan do not have the ability to create blogs. This plan is designed for merchants who want to sell their products through social media platforms or messaging apps, and includes a simplified online store with fewer features.

In addition to this, with the starter plan you cannot create pages, but you can add product pages just not pages for your store such as Contact us, refund etc. Products page is different to pages, as a product page is adding a product. Same with adding navigation, this feature is only available for Basic plan and above.

May I ask what kind of business it is and products you're selling? Would you benefit from a different plan?
