My client uses shopify to sell events (just set up as products).
They would like to send an email after an event has finished, maybe 12 hours or something but have this as an automated flow, with a questionnaire link in. As shopify can't see when the event is or finished, i added a product metafield hoping could set this up when creating the product/event, and include in a flow...
It doesn't seem shopify flow allows this to be pulled in, does anyone know any other way this could be done or any other app perhaps?

Could you explain a bit more about how to do this? I've tried Flow with Shopify Email, Mesa, OmniSend... I can't seem to quite tie it all together.
Here's what I need to happen:
When Order fulfilled > Find customer (or order) metafield > Send transactional email (shipping or invoice for example) to that metafield as the email address. We're using a metafield space to house the additional email address. Any help is appreciated!

Yeah emails can't pull variables in from flow. Huge bummer.
