Add subscription with third party api

I have a third party api of subscription. I want to call the api in my shopify store and then add the subscription price with the product price and then show them in cart.

I am using shopify impact theme. I have call the api and it is showing different subscription plan..lets say I have chosen a premium plan monthly $5. But that subscription plan price is not adding with the product price after adding the product to cart.

Could you please help how to do this implementation
