Add text with link to search results when 0 results.

Hi,

I am running a store with printed leggings. Sometimes customer searches for a design we don't have and they get 0 results. I would like to add either a text with a link, or a page where they can suggest new designs.

For example "Didn't find what you are looking for? Suggest a new design here" (link to "suggest a new design"-page)

The theme is Impulse.

Added to languages: "Your search for "{{ terms }}" did not yield any results."
