Add to cart button is hanging when selected

Hi, we recently had a new page designed by a freelancer and we have just realised that the add to cart button is hanging when selected and therefore nothing can be added to the cart. See pic below, I think there maybe something wrong in the theme file but not being a coder I have no idea and was hoping for some help please.

- Review art.js or theme.js file for broken functions.
- Revert to an earlier version of the theme if possible
- Temporarily disable apps.
- Reintegrate the Cart API
