Adding code snippet for Shopify Review app to Narrative theme

Hi there! 

I was wondering if someone could help me add the code snippet to my Narrative theme. I have been troubleshooting this for a few days and I still have been unable to figure it out. 

What I have tried so far. 

1. inserting this snippet of code into product-template.liquid, below the product.description

<div id="shopify-product-reviews" data-id="{{product.id}}">{{ product.metafields.spr.reviews }}</div>

 I have include a screenshot of the page.

2. I have reloaded a fresh narrative theme and retried the same process to ensure that I hadn't messed up the code in another spot.

Have you installed the Product Reviews app? Refer https://apps.shopify.com/product-reviews?surface_detail=shopify+product+reviews&surface_inter_positi...
You need to install it, everything will work fine.
