Adding customer name to packing slip

Hi, I'm not sure if it's my theme but my packing slips for in-store customers don't have customers' names on them. Under "Ship to" and "Bill to" it says "No shipping address" and "No billing address". Which in many cases is correct. But I want it to at least display the customer's name. 

I can't find a liquid file so I'm wondering if this is a Shopify thing. How can I add the customer name?

You can edit it here, if you want to add the customer's name, just add the code:

{{ order.customer.name }}
