Adding downloadable files to a page

Hello I am trying to add a downloadable file to a page. How would you recommend this? As you cannot put a downloadable link it seems in the email service that Shopify provides nor can you attach it to the email itself? Looking to make this as seamless as possible for the end user Without having to open dropbox Google Drive or any other apps

May I confirm you want a download button when customer click on it the specific file start download?
