How can I add eBay as a sales channel on my website?

Hi all,

I'm in the process of configuring my Shopify website and I'm trying to add eBay as a sales channel, using the official Shopify app. 

i also add my paypal address,..how i can solve this problem?

I would try manually typing your email in if you're not already. Manually typing the email will ensure there are no additional spaces added to the text box which could result in an error appearing. You could also try using a different browser or Google Chrome Incognito mode to see if that helps. If that doesn't work, then I'd recommend contacting the eBay Sales channel support team for further assistance.
