Adding inventory quantity to shopify via csv file with only sku column available - WORK AROUND REQ

My supplier provides a weekly stock quantity list in csv file with only the sku number and quantity. columns There are over 800 lrows / stock lines and I need to find a work around as the file provided does not have the title or handle as found in the shopify account. Can anyone suggest something other than an excel formula to match titles in one file to sks's in another.
