Adding Text to Header on Dawn Theme

Hi I've been trying out different answers found here but none of them are working for me

I'm looking to add a line of text (FREE WORLDWIDE SHIPPING - 30 DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE) within my existing header on the dawn theme - centered in the middle.

In theme.liquid I do not have the </body> tag which is what people keep posting to add code in front of 

Can some one please help?

Use the announcement bar section provided by the Dawn theme in order to add this text.

Do not change your </body> tag as it will break your store.
