Adjust a variant price dynamically based on product and customer tag

I wonder if it is possible to adjust the variant price displayed on a product page,
based on a calculation rule that is depending on a combination of a product tag and customer tag (customer needs to be logged in).
And next, can that adjusted price be used when a customer uses Add To cart?
